  • mental
  • emotional
  • physical
  • spiritual

Q. What are the classifications of those aspects, which you offer to further help me master life?

A. It can help with any one of, each of, or any combination of the following areas:
  • Personal Growth
  • Health & Wellness
  • Relationship Building
  • Career Development
  • Money & Wealth

Q. What are examples of how you can help with Personal Growth?

A. Sometimes we can't see the forest through the trees. That is to say everyone has occasion to be too close to problems, and so, can lose sight of the big picture. Likewise, we sometimes have things go opposite, where we become overwhelmed by the big picture, and cannot focus on the smaller details. In order to really make progress, everyone knows they want to move forward, but the questions may be, in what direction, or how to move into a particular direction in order to better master their personal life. Here are just a few situation examples.
  • A woman wants to find love, and get married soon, but what steps must she take to move her life in that direction?
  • A couple is expecting a baby, but, do not know what to expect, so how should they prepare for this life change as individuals or as a couple?
  • ·         A man has become single again, but is unsure how to adjust, so what would help him to feel better?
  • A person suffers from PTSD, and is having troubles, so what alternatives do they have that do not involve suicide, and what are some coping skills they might benefit from?
  • A disabled person needs a sense of purpose and/or is bored, but at loss when trying to think of how to fill their days and nights, perhaps an outside professional resource could help them find ideas that are in line with activities they could do?
  • A widow/widower or someone has lost a loved one and is having a hard time adjusting, what can they do to move on with life?

Q. How could you help with Health & Wellness?

A. To begin with, I would need them to be realistic in their goal setting, keeping in mind details such as physical limitations, and limitations of science and physics, for instance the truth of the matter of “just because a thing can be done, it does not follow that it should be done”. IE it is technically possible to lose 50 pounds in 4 weeks, but it will ruin your health. Some examples of situations I could help people in are as follows.
  • A person is either overweight or obese, what can be done to motivate them to choose a regiment, and what are their options?
  • A person is physically frail, how do they go about building strength and endurance?
  • A person has some things in their life in order, but how can they satisfy themselves?
  • A person has had a string of unhappiness, how can they find joy?
  • A person’s spiritual self has been neglected, how does one set about finding themselves in this way?
  • A person has disabilities making it difficult to cope, what coping skills can be honed, and what possibilities are there anyway?
  • A person is satisfied with their state of health, but feel lonely, dissatisfied or crippled by insecurity of any sort, how can they face and address any or each of those in order to heal emotionally?

Q. What are some examples of how you can help with Relationship Building?

A. All relationships are affected by the most important relationship of all, the one with one’s self.  In dealing with relationship building, I  start there, so that there is a solid foundation to build other relationships on. Then, other relationships being built will be more lasting as well as fulfilling. Here are some examples of situations where this would come in handy.
  • A person, has little problem getting employment, but, how can they build the relationships necessary to sustain those jobs?
  • A parent is at a loss when dealing with their child, how can they build a better relationship with them?
  • A person has a hard time relating to other people, how can they become better at relationship building?
  • A homemaker or school teacher spends so much time with children that they have a hard time relating to other adults on a personal level, what are some steps they could take toward honing those skills, and what are they anyway?
  • A person wants to start their own small business, how do they build the necessary relationships to secure their entrepreneurship?
  •  A person has a good career but would like to get a promotion, how does one figure out who to focus relationship building on, or maybe how does one improve on the ones one already has?

Q. How can you help people with Career Development?

A. I would first look into if the person has a career they want to enhance, if they have a career in mind that they want to pursue, or if they even have a career direction in mind. I would encourage and coach them to get serious about their future by honing goal setting skills first. From there, I would start making observations, suggestions and providing options to choose from. Here are some examples of situations where my help could come in handy.
  • A homemaker’s child has grown enough to become more independent, so now that they can get into the workforce, where do they start for gaining direction?
  • A soldier has a potential to go far in a good career, but how do they decide a direction to take it, and what types of actions will promote those goals?
  • A professional feels unfulfilled in their current career, what can be done to change that?
  • A person has just become an adult and has little or no experience to bring to the table or little to no education to support a good employment or even school application, how do they choose what to say about themselves to get their foot in a door?
  • A person has a job but wants to have a career, how do they market for their desired life change?
  • A person is retiring from a particular field, but is not prepared to retire all together, what can they do to secure continued success?
  •  An x-convict is genuinely looking to go legitimate and wants very badly to start over and do it right, how do they evolve and recreate themselves professionally?

Q. How can you help with Money & Wealth?

A. First I would discern which category they were feeling a need to improve in, be it, money or time management, budgeting of money or time, or improving investments made in money or time to improve the overall wealth in their life. I would make sure of what their goals are, and provide them with coaching options to achieve their goals. The following are just some scenarios which I could help people with.
  • A couple needs to make time for themselves as a couple, in day to day life, but where do they come up with the time?
  • An individual needs some personal time to themselves, to grow and enjoy life, but once they make the time, they are unsure how to fill it, so what should do with themselves?
  • A person has wealth in every aspect, except money, so how can they change that?
  • Another person has money, but wishes they had wealth in fulfillment, so how can they fill the void?

In short, I help people both decorate and master their lives, by serving as a catalyst, a motivator and a personal professional compass pointing the way (like Jack Sparrow's compass in the Pirates of the Caribbean) to what their heart desires.
